GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING BED AND BREAKFAST:
  1. Duration of the stay: The customer who has reserved for a fixed period may under no circumstances exercise any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
  2. Conclusion of the contract:The reservation becomes effective as soon as the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay or the entire reservation if it takes place less than a month before arrival .
  3. Absence of withdrawal: For reservations made online, the customer does not benefit from the withdrawal period, in accordance with article L121-20-4 of the consumer code relating in particular to the provision of accommodation services provided to a date or according to a determined periodicity.
  4. Cancellation by the client:Any cancellation must be notified first by telephone and then confirmed by email or by registered letter to the owner.
    1. Cancellation before arrival at the premises:
  • If the cancellation occurs up to 31 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be returned after deduction of 50% for processing and withdrawal costs.
  • If the cancellation occurs between 30 days and 8 days before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner.
  • If the cancellation occurs 7 days or less before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner and the balance of the price of accommodation will be due.
  • If the client does not appear before 7 p.m. on the day of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his guest rooms. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request payment of the balance of the rental.
    1. If the stay is shortened (late or delayed arrival, early or early departure), the price of the stay remains with the owner. There will be no refund.
  1. Cancellation by the owner: The owner pays the client all of the sums paid, as well as compensation at least equal to that which the tenant would have borne if the cancellation had been made by him on that date.
  2. Arrival:The client must present himself on the specified day and from 2 p.m. In the event of late arrival after 7 p.m. or delayed, the client must notify the owner.
  3. Payment of the balance: The balance of the stay is paid upon entering the premises.
  4. Breakfasts: Our establishment is classified "guest rooms"; this means among other things that the price of the room always includes breakfast. These 2 services are inseparable and the non-consumption of one of them will not lead to any reduction or pro rata. Breakfasts are open between 8:30 am and 10 am.
  5. Departure: departure is at 11 am.
  6. Use of the premises: the client must ensure the peaceful nature of the accommodation and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises.
  7. Swimming pool: The outdoor swimming pool is accessible every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Children under the age of 13 must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. Wearing a swimsuit is compulsory for everyone.All inflatable mattresses, bulky buoys, fins are prohibited. Provide beach towels because the bedroom linen cannot be used outside (white linen) and access to the swimming pool will be refused with the use of these.
  8. Reception of animals: The customer specifies at the time of the reservation whether he will stay with an animal or not. In case of non-compliance with this clause, the owner can refuse the stay, no refund will be made. When booking, the customer is required to indicate the number of pets that will accompany him. The price supplements to be provided are indicated on the product page.The owner reserves the right to refuse any animal that could disturb the tranquility of the premises. Too much nuisance due to the presence of an animal could cause the immediate termination of the reservation without any compensation.
  9. Forgotten business: Following the increasing increase in forgotten personal items, any shipment of a parcel can only be made against the payment of a flat rate of 25 € / room (including parcels, transport costs and postage); this package can be increased depending on the postal costs generated (heavy, fragile packages, faster shipping).
  10. Tourist tax:The tourist tax is a local tax paid by the owner to the public treasury which comes in addition to the stay.
  11. Insurance: The customer is responsible for all damage caused by him. He is required to be insured by a civil liability type insurance contract.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR RESERVATIONS OF GITES:
  1. This seasonal rental contract is reserved for the exclusive use of accommodation rentals.
  2. Duration of stay: The tenant who signs this contract concluded for a fixed period may not in any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
  3. Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective as soon as the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount and a copy of the contract signed before the date indicated on the front. A second copy is to be kept by the tenant.The rental concluded between the parties to the present deed may in no case even partially benefit third parties, natural or legal persons, without the written agreement of the owner. Any violation of this last paragraph would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the rental at the expense of the tenant, the rental proceeds remaining definitively acquired by the owner.
  4.   4. Entrance into the premises: The gîte is rented clean with functional equipment and furniture and in fair condition. Sheets are provided and beds made on arrival. A detailed descriptive sheet of the inventory is given to the tenant upon arrival. The Tenant certifies taking possession of the premises in accordance with the attached description. The cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period and before his departure unless the latter has taken the End of stay cleaning option. The amount of any cleaning costs is accessible from the options when booking.
  5. Departure: departure is at 10 a.m. The Tenant certifies returning the accommodation in accordance with the detailed inventory description of the accommodation.
  6. Security deposit or deposit: On arrival of the tenant, a security deposit in the amount of 30% of the reservation is requested by the owner. After the contradictory establishment of the exit inventory, this deposit is returned, minus the cost of restoration of the premises if damage was observed.In the event of early departure (prior to the time mentioned on this contract) preventing the establishment of the inventory on the same day of the tenant's departure, the deposit less the cost of restoration of the premises if degradations were noted, is returned by the owner within a period not exceeding one week.
  7. Use of the premises: the tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises.

  9. Capacity: this contract is established for a maximum capacity of people. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner can refuse additional people. Any modification or breach of the contract will be considered on the initiative of the client.
  10. Animals welcome:This contract specifies whether the tenant will stay with an animal or not. In case of non-compliance with this clause, the owner can refuse the stay, no refund will be made. When booking, the customer is required to indicate the number of pets that will accompany him. The price supplements to be provided are indicated in the product sheet . The owner reserves the right to refuse any animal that could disturb the tranquility of the premises. Too much nuisance due to the presence of an animal could lead to the immediate termination of the rental contract without any compensation.
  11. Tourist tax:The tourist tax is a local tax paid by the owner to the public treasury which comes in addition to the stay.
  12. Insurance: The tenant is responsible for all damage arising from his act. He must be insured by a resort type insurance contract for these various risks.
